Delivery policy

We aim to dispatch every parcel within 2 working days- during busy periods this maybe slightly longer. In the unlikely event your parcel is delayed we will contact you through email.

Returns

We hope that you will never have a problem with anything you order from us, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged we will offer an exchange in the first instance. We ask that if you do receive a damaged item that you email us straight away with photographic evidence so we can process a claim.

If you do require a refund it will be processed within 14 days of your item being returned to us or cancelled.

All refunds will be made to original method of payment.

You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed.
